By browsing, accessing, registering an account, or purchasing any digital blueprint, plan, or guide from woodworkingdiyplans.com, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or download any materials from this website.
2. Digital Products & Instant Delivery Policy
Strict Digital Goods Notice: All items available for purchase on Bizilla are downloadable digital files (PDF format) containing architectural drawings, 3D exploded diagrams, step-by-step woodworking instructions, and material cut lists. No physical lumber, wood, hardware, fasteners, or printed paper plans will be shipped to your physical address.
- Instant Access: Upon verified completion of payment, you will receive immediate on-screen access to download your purchased PDF blueprints. An automated order confirmation containing permanent download links will simultaneously be sent to your billing email address.
- Lifetime Access: Customers maintain lifetime download access to their purchased blueprints. If you ever misplace your file or change devices, our support team at hi@breles.com will reissue your download links free of charge upon verification of your order email.
- File Format & Printing: All blueprints are delivered in universal, high-resolution Adobe PDF format, optimized for printing on standard Letter (8.5×11″) and A4 paper sheets or viewing on workshop tablets and smartphones.
3. Commercial Build License Scope (Physical vs. Digital)
Breles LLC believes strongly in supporting independent carpenters, hobbyists, market vendors, and makers. When you purchase a plan from Bizilla, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable Commercial Physical Build License:
Permitted & Encouraged
- Personal & Home Builds: Construct unlimited physical builds for personal use, gifts, or home improvement.
- Commercial Physical Sales: You are fully authorized to manufacture and sell finished physical items (e.g. built mobile coffee carts, farm stands, roadside kiosks, bar carts) to your clients or at markets.
- Custom Workshop Modification: You may adapt dimensions or lumber species to suit your physical build requirements.
- Workshop Printing: You may print physical copies for personal bench use during assembly.
Strictly Prohibited
- No Digital Resale: Sublicensing, reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital PDF files or cut lists in any form is illegal.
- No Marketplace Listings: Listing our digital blueprints or extracted diagrams on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Gumroad, Pinterest, or file-sharing portals is strictly prohibited.
- No Derivative Digital Packs: You may not repackage or modify our drawings to sell as digital woodworking guides.
- No Plagiarism or False Claims: Claiming authorship of Breles LLC designs is a direct copyright infringement.
4. Intellectual Property & Statutory Copyright Protection
All content published on woodworkingdiyplans.com, including but not limited to CAD drawings, 2D architectural cut lists, 3D render perspectives, step-by-step documentation, graphics, text, brand names, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Breles LLC and protected under Title 17 of the United States Code (17 U.S.C.), the Berne Convention, and international treaties.
We actively enforce our intellectual property rights across all digital marketplaces. Unauthorized sellers and scrapers will be issued immediate DMCA takedown notices and subjected to statutory infringement remedies. 5. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing
Prices for our woodworking plans are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or your localized equivalent currency. We reserve the right to modify prices, discount promotions, or bundle offerings at any time without prior notice.
Payment transactions are securely processed via industry-standard encrypted gateways. Breles LLC does not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
6. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the irrevocable and immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital goods (once access is provided, the file cannot be “returned”), all purchases of digital woodworking plans are generally final and non-refundable.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Despite the non-returnable nature of digital products, customer satisfaction is our top priority:
- If you experience any technical difficulty opening, unzipping, or printing your PDF file, contact our support team immediately at hi@breles.com and we will provide fresh direct links or alternative formats within 24 hours.
- If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the exact same plan, email us with both order confirmation details and we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction.
7. Workshop Safety & Engineering Disclaimer
Safety Warning: Woodworking is inherently dangerous and involves sharp cutting tools, spinning machinery (table saws, miter saws, routers, jointers), airborne dust, hazardous finishes, and heavy structural timber.
All plans, tutorials, and cut lists provided by Bizilla are intended solely for instructional and conceptual guidance by individuals who possess appropriate woodworking competency. The builder assumes full and sole responsibility for:
- Exercising all standard workshop safety practices and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (eye goggles, ear protection, dust masks, appropriate footwear).
- Reading and following all tool manufacturer safety operating manuals and guard instructions.
- Verifying structural weight-bearing capacity, fastener choices, and compliance with local municipal, building, health, or electrical regulations before commissioning commercial food/coffee carts or farm stands for public use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, neither Breles LLC, its brand Bizilla, founder Ramazan Eles, nor its contributors shall be liable for any personal injury, property damage, economic loss, lost profits, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from workshop construction, tool operation, assembly errors, or use of the physical products built from these plans.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and applicable international trade and copyright treaties, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
